Super Townhouse 139 Ashiyana Smriti Upvan Near Phoenix United Lucknow Overview

First Impressions

Pulling up to Super Townhouse 139 Ashiyana Smriti Upvan Near Phoenix United Lucknow, you get that immediate sense that someone actually thought about what travelers need. It’s a four-star property that doesn’t try too hard to impress you — it just quietly gets things right. The area around Ashiyana has this calm, residential feel to it, which honestly makes a nice change from the chaos you’d expect closer to the city center. You arrive, you park for free (which, trust me, matters more than you’d think in Lucknow), and you settle in without any fuss.

Location & Neighborhood

Sitting in Sector K of the Ashiyana district, the hotel is well-placed for getting around Lucknow without being stuck in the thick of the noise. Phoenix United Mall is nearby, so if you need to grab something or just want to wander around after a long day, that’s genuinely useful. The neighborhood itself is tidy and approachable — not a tourist trap, more like a place where actual people live, which gives it a grounded, real-city feel. Couples especially seem to appreciate this setup, and honestly you can see why — it’s got a low-key, easy atmosphere that suits a trip for two.

The Rooms

The rooms here are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable in that no-nonsense way that actually matters when you’re tired from a day of exploring. Everything feels reasonably fresh — the kind of place where you don’t find yourself inspecting the corners or wondering about the last time things were updated. I mean, it’s not going to blow your mind with design, but it’s solid, and the beds do the job well. For a four-star stay in this part of Lucknow, you’re getting fair value for what you pay.

Breakfast

Mornings here come with a continental breakfast, which is a decent way to start the day before heading out. It’s not an elaborate spread, but it covers the basics — something warm, something light, enough to get you moving without feeling heavy. You know what, for a lot of travelers that’s actually all you want, especially if you’re planning to eat properly out in the city later. Lucknow has some seriously good food culture, so saving your appetite for a proper local lunch is honestly the smarter move.

Why Guests Love It

The hotel scores a 7.4 rating, and that feels about right — it’s a place that delivers consistently rather than spectacularly, which for many travelers is exactly the point. Couples in particular rate it highly, and there’s something about the quieter setting and the ease of the stay that makes it work well for a romantic trip or a relaxed getaway. Free parking takes one more thing off your plate, and the proximity to Phoenix United means you’re never far from what you need. If you’re visiting Lucknow and want a comfortable, fuss-free base that doesn’t drain your budget or your patience, this one’s worth a serious look.
